Job Summary
Lead the US Strategy & Execution function for the US business, shaping the US strategic agenda and translating priorities into an executable portfolio of US enterprise initiatives. Serve as the US enterprise “control tower” for strategy, governance, and portfolio prioritization, building new US capabilities in strategy portfolio prioritization and integrated governance. Define governance processes, translate strategy into action, and drive measurable outcomes across transformation, AI, and platform initiatives; partner with US Leadership Team to enable fast, high-impact decision-making and sustained value delivery. Build and lead a high-performing strategy and execution organization, providing trusted advisory support to USLT and aligning strategic priorities with enterprise direction and cross-functional execution. Essential requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in relevant domains; strong stakeholder management, communication, and governance capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 12+ years in US enterprise strategy, business planning, governance, strategic project leadership and/or transformation leadership in pharma, healthcare, or similarly regulated industries
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to define governance processes, operating models, and cross-functional forums; drive adherence to enterprise standards and controls
