Job Summary
Executive-level role leading US Priority Transformation within the US Commercial enterprise transformation scope. Accountable for delivering the design, build, and scale of priority transformation programs (including AI-enabled initiatives) and establishing an integrated transformation delivery through a centralized PMO with governance, planning, and executive reporting. Responsible for redesigning operating models and workflows, driving change and value realization, and ensuring cross-functional orchestration across business, technology, data, and enabling functions. Requires a people-centric change leadership approach, ability to connect business priorities with workforce implications, and a track record of translating strategy into measurable outcomes. Strong emphasis on governance cadence, benefits tracking, and a cohesive delivery model, with a salary range of $288,400.00 - $535,600.00 USD annually and US-based eligibility for a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, healthcare, digital, or related field
- 12+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation
- Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent)
