Job Summary
Define and execute enterprise advisor talent strategy focused on early-career success and long-term pipeline health. Build integrated frameworks connecting sourcing, onboarding, development, teaming, and practice execution to drive advisor productivity and retention. Lead structured career pathways from new advisor to established producer while establishing competency models and milestone-based expectations. Own governance for new advisor teaming and create processes to match solo advisors with teams seeking growth talent. Operationalize practice readiness standards across business planning, client acquisition, practice management, and technology proficiency. Define scalable coaching models, mentoring networks, and advisor communities to improve the new advisor experience. Partner with technology teams to integrate AI, digital learning, and analytics into development tools. This role reports to the VP of Talent and Strategy at Raymond James, a diversified financial services firm with locations across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- More than 15 years of general experience
- 10 to 15 years of manager experience
- Less than 25% travel
- Hybrid workstyle
