Senior GTM leader to own end-to-end go-to-market strategy across Sales, CS, and Account Management; define ICPs, segmentation, buyer personas, and GTM motions; build a scalable revenue operating model and compensation structures; design GTM org structure, role definitions, and success metrics; evaluate and prioritize new verticals; lead entry strategies and playbooks; own sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and execution standards; design lifecycle handoffs and drive adoption, retention, and expansion; partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and executive leadership.
