Job Summary
The Vice President (VP), Corporate Tax is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and directing the company's global tax strategy. Key responsibilities include overseeing tax planning, accounting, compliance, and risk management, as well as leading the tax team and serving as the primary interface with external auditors and tax authorities. The role requires deep expertise in ASC 740, strong cross-border capabilities, and a track record of managing complex tax matters. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA or equivalent, and at least 15 years of tax leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s in Taxation and experience in reporting environments.
