Job Summary
VP, Global Talent Management leads the enterprise talent, leadership development, and workforce capability agenda for McCain Foods. The role shapes and executes global talent strategy, oversees end-to-end talent management, learning and development, leadership development, succession, engagement and analytics, and future ways of working. Responsibilities include advising the CHRO and senior leadership, driving a global talent strategy aligned to business priorities, strengthening leadership pipelines, overseeing the Global Learning Centre of Excellence, delivering AI-native learning and upskilling programs, driving engagement analytics, and shaping organizational effectiveness across a highly matrixed, global organization. The position requires senior HR leadership experience (15+ years) with deep expertise across talent management, learning, succession, performance and career development, analytics, and enterprise-wide talent initiatives; experience delivering scalable, data-driven talent strategies and capability-building in AI/digital contexts; and a bachelor's degree (master’s preferred) with professional HR certifications considered valuable. Compensation is CAD 300,000 – 325,000 annually plus bonus eligibility and long-term incentive eligibility. McCain Foods is an equal opportunity employer and supports accommodations in recruitment.
Required Qualifications

- Executive assessment and coaching experience
- Demonstrated experience leading workforce capability transformation in AI or digital transformation
- Experience selecting, implementing, and governing enterprise talent technology
- Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-wide, skills-based talent strategies
- Experience building scalable learning and capability strategies
- Experience leveraging data and analytics for executive decision-making
- Professional HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, GPHR) are a valued asset
