Job Summary
VP, Global Process Owner (GPO) responsible for defining global process direction, governance, and performance across regions. Leads the enterprise-wide standards, ownership, and improvement prioritization for end-to-end processes; partners with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Internal Audit to embed controls and governance; drives standardization, automation roadmaps, and synchronized execution to deliver scalable efficiency, quality, and control. Requires senior leadership experience, ability to influence across federated organizations, and deep focus on process design, measurement (KPIs/SLAs), data enablement, and change leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent related work experience required
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or progress toward a relevant professional designation preferred
- 10+ Years Experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services, with demonstrated exposure to global operations required
- 5+ Years Senior leadership experience owning or governing complex, cross-functional processes across regions or business units required
- 5+ Years Experience running a PMO or large multiyear portfolio of projects required
- 5+ Years Experience leading enterprise transformation, operating model change, or large-scale process improvement initiatives required
- Familiarity with automation, data, and digital enablement in operational environments required
- Strong governance and decision-rights orientation, including comfort making and enforcing enterprise-level process decisions and resolving exceptions required
- Highly advanced ability to translate enterprise strategy and business needs into scalable process standards, priorities, and outcome-focused solutions required
- Advanced Microsoft Office and SQL skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate performance, operational, and financial data required
