Job Summary
Establish operational governance for allocation, prioritization, and revenue attainment during constraints. Build business continuity playbooks covering alternate sites, qualified alternates, safety stock strategy, and rapid reallocation processes. Lead supply risk assessment and mitigation plans addressing geopolitical risks, node constraints, single-source dependencies, logistics disruptions, and disaster recovery. Gather and synthesize data to drive analysis and develop recommendations for strategic and operational initiatives while identifying risks and problems to ensure timely resolution. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external manufacturing partners to optimize revenue, margin, and productivity. Manage a global operations organization spanning foundry and OSAT ecosystems, including materials strategy, planning, logistics, NPI/production ramp, and operational risk management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 20 years of operations leadership in semiconductors
- significant experience in fabless supply chains
- Proven expertise managing foundry and OSAT ecosystems

- Strong background in S&OP / planning
- experience with NPI to HVM scaling
