Job Summary
VP, Global Logistics leads global logistics strategy and execution across B2C, B2B, and Retail for multiple brands, overseeing Transportation/Logistics, Trade Compliance, and Digital Supply Chain. Responsibilities include managing transportation partners and carriers, optimizing network design for cost and customer experience, leading contract negotiations, and building scalable processes for visibility and compliance. The role owns the supply chain KPI framework, data analytics, P&L support, and reporting, and drives technology initiatives to improve visibility, automation, and efficiency. It requires 12+ years of progressive logistics and operations experience, 5+ years of senior leadership, strong cross-functional collaboration, and an ability to translate performance into executive insights. The position is based in El Segundo, CA and supports a hybrid work schedule. Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field
- 12+ years of progressive experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, trade compliance, supply chain strategy, and operations transformation
- 5+ years of senior team leadership experience including experience leading a team
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce, retail, and B2B supply chain operations
- Demonstrated experience using data, KPIs, and analytics to improve cost, service, speed, and operational performance
- Experience leading logistics or supply chain technology initiatives, including systems implementation, process redesign, automation, or visibility tools
- Experience negotiating with logistics providers, freight partners, parcel carriers, and external service providers
- Ideal candidate has foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred
