Job Summary
Lead the global internal audit function and define a forward-looking strategy aligned with enterprise risk profiles and Audit Committee expectations. Develop and execute a comprehensive risk-based audit plan covering operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, cybersecurity, and digital systems. Provide independent assurance over governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on significant exposures and remediation priorities. Assess controls related to manufacturing execution, quality, inventory, and global expansion risks, including SOX, government contracting, and export controls. Oversee remediation tracking, coordinate with enterprise risk, compliance, and external auditors, and advance data analytics and continuous auditing capabilities. Build a high-performing global audit organization with capabilities across operational, financial, and technology risk domains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Significant senior internal audit leadership experience in a large, global public company
- Demonstrated success leading a modern internal audit function with broad responsibility for enterprise-wide risk management and assurance
- Deep knowledge of internal controls, governance, SOX, risk management, operational auditing, compliance, and IT/cyber risk
- Strong executive presence and experience engaging with Audit Committees, Boards, and senior executive leadership on enterprise risk and control matters
- Experience leading internal audit activities across multi-country operations, acquisitions, integrations, and global expansion initiatives
- Proven ability to build strong teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive accountability across a complex matrixed organization
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC
- being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
- recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
- understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
- understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
- manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
Desired Qualifications
- CPA, CIA, CISA, or similar professional certification preferred
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense, advanced technology manufacturing, industrial, or other highly regulated and operationally complex environments preferred
