Job Summary
VP, General Manager to lead one or more local content centers and monetization/marketing teams. You’ll be the architect of strategy, champion growth, and steward of culture, guiding senior cross-functional teams to hit revenue targets, expand audience engagement, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities include strategic planning across departments, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring teams are set up for success. You’ll mentor and develop leaders, foster collaboration and a high-performance culture, dive into competitive landscapes and audience data to fuel expansion strategies, and act as the visible culture carrier to amplify the company’s reputation. Required capabilities include senior leadership experience (media/digital/broadcasting), P&L ownership and financial planning, regulatory savvy, budgeting and forecasting, relationship building with clients/partners, and a digital-first mindset leveraging technologies (including AI) to drive revenue growth. A valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary, with willingness and ability to travel. Base salary range is $165,000 to $185,000 plus performance-based bonus; full-time benefits apply.
