Job Summary
Lead one or more local content centers and monetization/marketing teams to align with strategic goals, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance culture. Drive market expansion through cross-functional leadership of content creation, sales, and client relationships; own strategic planning, growth opportunities, competitive analysis, and financial performance (P&L, budgeting, forecasting). Mentor and develop diverse teams, foster collaboration, and act as the culture carrier and external face in the market. Leverage digital capabilities and AI-driven approaches to enhance revenue, audience engagement, and partner satisfaction; travel as needed to connect with clients and communities.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in senior management level roles, ideally in media, digital or broadcasting

- Understanding of broadcasting regulations, content guidelines, and compliance standards
