VP Front Office Business Analyst – Prime Services

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives across Prime Services by partnering with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams. Produce business requirements, perform gap analysis, and support solution design while managing project governance, stakeholder communication, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the trade lifecycle, coordinating with regional and global stakeholders across APAC, London, and New York. Requires 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within investment banking, strong product knowledge in Prime Brokerage, Equity Financing, or Securities Lending, and proven delivery of Front Office change initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience within investment banking
- Proven experience delivering Front Office change initiatives
- Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, UAT, project governance, and end-to-end project delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Strong product knowledge in Prime Services
- Strong product knowledge in Prime Brokerage
- Strong product knowledge in Equity Financing
- Strong product knowledge in Securities Lending / Stock Borrow & Lending (SBL)
- Strong product knowledge in Repo / Repurchase Agreements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams
- Technical understanding of trading systems and architecture
- Coding experience
