Job Summary
VP, Franchise Sales & Development overseeing franchise sales & development activity in the United States with responsibilities including prospecting for new franchise agreements, document management and closing of agreements, managing relationships, forecasting, coordinating day-to-day activities (travel planning), and training/shadowing new sales personnel. Requires extensive sales experience, ability to exceed quotas, strong organizational and communication skills, hotel conversion experience, commercial real estate understanding, lending/banking acumen, ability to evaluate pro-forma/feasibility studies for conversion projects, excellent presentations, and a willingness to travel (approximately 80%). Preferred college degree; travel-heavy, remote role.
