VP, Forward Deployed Data Engineering

Lead forward-deployed data engineering initiatives by building production-grade data solutions embedded with business partners, translating complex requirements into scalable data architectures and reusable patterns. Drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise data pipelines (batch and streaming), enable analytics-ready datasets and AI-ready data assets, and ensure governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Serve as a senior technical escalation point, coach managers and senior data engineers, and shape roadmaps and standards with enterprise data platform, architecture, and AI teams. Demonstrate strong executive-level communication to translate technical concepts into business implications while delivering impactful data foundations across Prudential and external clients or partners.
