Job Summary
Operational lead across FinWise Bank's Fintech product portfolio, including MoneyRails, MPL platforms, and emerging verticals like stablecoins and neobank solutions. Build and own internal product processes for roadmap management, intake, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination. Manage a Product Analyst team member and act as a key liaison across technology, compliance, legal, finance, and operations to drive initiatives from concept through launch. Support partner and prospect engagements alongside commercial teams while identifying gaps and inefficiencies to solve. This high-ownership role requires self-starter execution with minimal oversight, presenting to internal executives and collaborating fluidly with clients.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a product role within financial services or Fintech
- Hands-on familiarity with BaaS, bank sponsorship, network and regulatory environments, and governing bank-Fintech partnerships (compliance, ALCO, etc.)
- A self-starter who operates with minimal oversight and high accountability
- Comfortable doing strategic work one day and operational work the next
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who can work fluidly with technology, legal, compliance, and sales
- Comfortable presenting to internal executives and collaborating with clients and prospects
- Ability to build structure in ambiguity
- Sit or stand at a computer for long periods of time and look at a computer screen for several hours a day
- Work at an assigned FinWise office location
- Communicate with others in person, on the phone, virtual meetings and email
- Maintain confidentiality
- Lift 20 lbs
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Work overtime as assigned
- Travel overnight as required
- Work cooperatively with others
- Driving during the workday
- Comply with all company policies and procedures

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- BA/BS or equivalent professional experience
