Job Summary
Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to shape long-range financial strategy, lead annual budgeting and forecasting, and support Board reporting. Serve as the finance partner to leaders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, HR, Technology, and Professional Services, translating financial results into actionable insights. Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive dashboards while building and maintaining complex financial models spanning revenue forecasting, SaaS metrics, and pharmacy operations. Establish scalable FP&A processes, drive automation of reporting systems, and coach a small FP&A team to foster financial literacy across the organization. This strategic role supports a private equity-backed healthcare technology company focused on simplifying pharmacy operations and expanding patient access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- significant FP&A leadership experience
- experience supporting executive leadership and Boards
- Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for a growing organization
- demonstrated success leading and developing finance teams
- Healthcare technology, healthcare services, pharmacy, or SaaS experience
- Experience supporting acquisitions and post-merger integration
- implementing or optimizing FP&A systems
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities
