Job Summary
Conduct holistic financial guidance for existing Schwab clients, covering investing, retirement readiness, education goals, and estate planning. Proactively engage in warm outreach to grow the book of business while maintaining consistent sales activity. Build strong relationships by applying focused client communication strategies and leveraging Schwab specialists to help clients achieve their wealth management objectives. This role begins with a book of existing clients and includes mandatory FINRA Series 7, 66, and Life & Health Insurance licensing. Full-time employment in Framingham, MA, with a competitive base salary and performance-driven incentive plan.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
- Obtaining or acquiring FINRA Series 66 (63/65)
- Obtaining or acquiring Life & Health Insurance
- Must be able to proactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients
- Must be able to maintain consistent sales activity to grow the book of business
- Must be able to strengthen client relationships
- Must be able to share and engage clients in discussion about market conditions
- Must be able to discuss sound investing principles
- Must be able to discuss ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies
