Job Summary
Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy aligned with business objectives, partnering with the CFO on long-term growth plans and annual operating forecasts. Lead banking relations by negotiating working capital facilities, term loans, and project financing while evaluating optimal capital structures for equity and debt raising. Act as the primary financial interface with investors, promoters, and the board, driving fundraising activities, due diligence, and transparent performance updates. Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance, strengthen corporate governance frameworks, and lead enterprise risk identification and mitigation. Monitor business performance against budgets, establish financial KPIs, and support commercial decision-making through financial analysis and margin enhancement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant
- 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in finance
- Proven experience in financial strategy, working capital management, banking relations, investor relations, compliance, and fundraising
- Strong exposure to interactions with banks, financial institutions, investors, private equity firms, and boards
- Demonstrated experience in supporting business growth, profitability enhancement, and strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
