Job Summary
As Vice President Finance, T&O Global Manufacturing, you’ll lead manufacturing finance for a global network of ~45 factories, aligning financial strategies with corporate objectives. Responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, financial operations and reporting, internal controls and compliance (SOX), transformation and network optimization, and stakeholder engagement. The role partners with executive leadership and regional management to optimize costs, drive profitability, ensure robust financial reporting, and deliver sustainable returns on capital across the Tools & Outdoor portfolio. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting (MBA preferred, CPA/CMA desirable) and 15+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing, with strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification desirable.
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing environments and global operations.
- Demonstrated success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams and complex projects.
- Deep expertise in internal controls, compliance, financial reporting, FP&A, and advanced cost accounting.
- Proven track record in driving operational performance, restructuring, and delivering strategic business outcomes.
