Job Summary
Define long-term financial strategy, build advanced models, and lead equity/debt fundraising rounds while managing Board and investor relations. Own annual budgeting, performance tracking, forecasting, liquidity management, and internal controls. Direct international accounts receivable processes for US and Israeli operations, optimize cash collection workflows, and reduce DSO. Partner with Sales and Product leadership to refine pricing architectures, optimize margins, and structure enterprise commercial agreements. Oversee global banking relationships, line-of-credit facilities, legal-financial workflows, and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance. Build, mentor, and scale a multi-functional finance department and design scalable internal systems. Requires proven VP Finance experience in a global B2B SaaS company, hands-on track record in fundraising and cash flow management, and mandatory proficiency with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI. Full-time hybrid role based in the Center area.
Required Qualifications
- Proven executive experience as a VP Finance within a global, high-growth B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on track record in equity fundraising, investor relations, global cash flow management, and DSO reduction
- AI-oriented mindset with experience leveraging modern AI tools and data platforms to automate workflows, optimize forecasting, and drive financial insights
- Strong commercial acumen in SaaS pricing models, yield optimization, and deal structuring alongside sales teams
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Power BI
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- CPA qualification
- Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written)
