Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide financial planning processes, including long-range strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts. Partner with executive leadership to translate strategic initiatives into financial plans and measurable outcomes. Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support growth initiatives, investments, and operational decisions while serving as a key advisor on profitability, pricing strategy, and resource allocation. Develop and oversee management reporting packages, including KPIs, dashboards, and variance analysis to drive accountability across business units. Build and maintain robust forecasting models to project revenue, expenses, cash flow, and profitability, continuously improving accuracy and planning processes. Lead the evolution of FP&A tools, systems, and processes to enhance reporting capabilities through automation and data visualization. This role acts as a strategic partner to the CFO, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting capital allocation, investment analysis, and M&A opportunities within a high-performing finance leadership team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 12–15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant focus in FP&A
- 5–10+ years in leadership roles within financial planning or corporate finance
- Experience supporting executive-level decision-making in a mid-to-large organization
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial results to operational drivers
- Executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership capability with experience building and developing teams
- Strong ethics and integrity
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred
- Industry experience (e.g., distribution, healthcare, or relevant sector) preferred
