Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management; ensure regulatory compliance and audit coordination. Collaborate with cross-functional executives to support business planning, capital structure optimization, and performance improvement initiatives. Direct and mentor the finance team; evaluate and implement financial systems and technologies to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills required to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
- Experience in a publicly traded company or IPO processes
- ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Experience in strategic business partnering and driving organizational change
