Job Summary

Senior VP Finance & Corporate Services to lead all aspects of financial management and corporate services in a Canada-based organization. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, tax management, reporting, liquidity optimization, and providing strategic financial analytics to the President and Senior Leadership Team. Oversees warehousing, fleet, real estate, materials management, and office administration; ensures inventory integrity, logistics coordination, and space utilization; manages Accounts Payable/Receivable with strong controls and working capital management. Leads a high-performing finance team, drives process improvements and digital transformation, and partners with business leaders to optimize resource allocation. Travel up to 25% monthly; hybrid work arrangements available in Calgary, AB and Surrey, BC.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • CPA designation (CPA, CA)
  • Significant experience in senior financial management roles
  • Proven track record in operational finance and support functions (warehousing, materials, facilities, or administration)
  • Team leadership
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting, and compliance requirements in Canada
