Job Summary
Champion the use of data analytics and business intelligence tools to enhance performance measurement and resource allocation. Oversee accounting operations, budgeting, audit preparation, financial reporting, cash management, and compliance across the organization. Ensure integrity and transparency in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting automation, and predictive analytics capabilities. Provide clear, actionable insights to executives and board members through data visualization and storytelling. Lead and mentor the Finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth. Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, partnering with vice presidents and C-suite executives to support organizational decision-making, resource allocation, new business ventures, and technology innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of nonprofit financial management and resource optimization

- CPA licensure
