Job Summary
Vice President of Sales to oversee 70+ retail stores across multiple regions; lead a lean team while scaling the organization through growth. Lead multi-state operations, drive revenue growth, and take ownership of day-to-day performance and business health. Develop and coach a team of 10 field and functional leaders, analyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement, and maintain a strong field presence to align corporate strategy with store execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Training, and Operations to execute initiatives, manage budgets, and optimize profitability, while fostering an entrepreneurial, high-performance culture. Willingness to travel regularly across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in wireless retail or multi-unit retail
- Proven track record managing multi-state operations and large retail footprints (50+ stores preferred)
- Experience leading and developing leadership teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business
- Strong operational discipline combined with strategic thinking
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across markets
