Job Summary
Executive-level role leading 70+ retail stores nationwide as VP/Executive Sales Director for a national partner and AT&T retailer. Owns sales, operations, and overall business performance with a lean leadership team; develops scalable sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market share, and customer engagement; coaches a team of 10 field and functional leaders; monitors KPIs and operating metrics; maintains field presence to align corporate strategy with store execution; partners with HR, Training, and Operations to implement initiatives; manages budgets and resources to maximize profitability; fosters an entrepreneurial, high-performance culture across the organization; requires regular travel across markets.
Required Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in wireless retail or a similar multi-unit retail environment
- Proven track record managing multi-state operations and large retail footprints (50+ stores preferred)
- Experience leading and developing leadership teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business
- Strong operational discipline combined with strategic thinking
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Willingness to travel regularly across markets
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to scale systems and processes
