Job Summary
Define and execute enterprise architecture strategy aligned to business priorities for guest experience, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology trends and digital transformation. Establish architecture frameworks, standards, and governance processes across business domains including business, application, data, and technology. Partner with leaders in hotel operations, marketing, loyalty, and finance to translate capabilities into scalable roadmaps. Lead architecture review boards to enforce design, integration, security, and data standards while driving cloud, API-first, and microservices adoption. Oversee integration of core hospitality technologies and establish data architecture to support advanced analytics and AI-driven experiences. Champion modernization initiatives such as cloud migration and platform engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of IT experience
- at least 7–10 years in enterprise architecture leadership roles
- Experience in large, complex, multi-brand, or global organizations
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- API/microservices architectures
- Data platforms, data governance, and analytics
- Systems integration and middleware
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Location – Atlanta, GA
- hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office
Desired Qualifications
- hospitality, travel, or retail experience
- Master's degree or MBA
- Familiarity with hospitality technologies (PMS, CRS, POS, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance long-term vision with near-term delivery
- Strong communication skills, translating complex technology concepts into business value
