Job Summary
Senior VP of Engineering responsible for strategic direction of engineering, operational excellence, and innovation across the engineering function. Leads development of engineering strategy and roadmaps, oversees cross-functional collaboration with product, manufacturing, quality, and R&D, mentors and retains leadership talent, and drives budgeting, resource planning, risk management, compliance, safety, and environmental stewardship. Champions a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation while partnering with executive leadership to pursue new opportunities, enhance market presence, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
- 15+ years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- 10+ years of management experience
