Job Summary
Executive leadership role to shape engineering strategy and capital project execution across pipeline, terminal, storage and fuel logistics assets. Lead organization build-out of multi-disciplinary engineering teams, drive standards, safety, reliability, and disciplined project execution; oversee external firms, contractors, and technical partners; support due diligence and technical evaluation for growth initiatives and acquisitions; travel ~50%; Reports to CEO; location options at Houston or Denver; confidential search for a leader with 15+ years in pipelines/terminal/fuel logistics and strong capital project execution; PE license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years engineering leadership experience in pipelines, terminals, refined products, fuel logistics or related infrastructure environments
- Experience leading through growth or infrastructure scale-up
- Strong capital project and infrastructure execution background
- Executive leadership experience managing engineering organizations and multi-disciplinary teams
- PE license preferred
- Experience with fuel infrastructure, jet fuel systems, terminals, hydrant systems or related downstream infrastructure strongly preferred
