Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field

- Excellent technological skillsets across Engineering functions
- Proven experience leading larger or matrixed engineering and software development teams
- Extensive experience implementing, developing, and transforming the Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and project management skills
- High attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred
- Strong understanding or experience using off-shore or third-party development resources
- Experience with private equity, M&A growth, and partnership integrations
- Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
Additional Requirements
- Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
- Ability to work onsite at the corporate headquarters on occasion or as needed
- Ability to travel as required, up to 25%
