Job Summary
Director of Finance responsible for leading the bank’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, ALM, revenue growth strategies, and regulatory financial reporting, while partnering with executive leadership to ensure strong financial health and sustainable profitability. Role entails developing and executing financial strategies, FP&A, ALM processes, capital and liquidity management, regulatory reporting, and communicating insights to the Board; requires ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights, with extensive experience in banking, GAAP compliance, and leadership of finance teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in banking or financial services
- CPA strongly preferred
- Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
