Job Summary
VP - Digital Services role leading strategy, performance, and day-to-day operations of the credit union’s digital banking channels (online/mobile, account opening systems, authentication). Drive enhancements, releases, and reliability; optimize member journeys and digital workflows; ensure security, regulatory, and ADA accessibility compliance; partner with IT, cybersecurity, operations, and vendors to automate processes and integrate systems; evaluate emerging fintech partnerships to support digital strategy. Requires leadership across cross-functional teams, vendor management, strong PM/communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and member feedback to improve digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7–10+ years of digital banking, fintech, or digital services leadership experience within a financial institution
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, APIs, security requirements, and system integrations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-vendor environments
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, member feedback, and operational insights to improve digital experiences
