Job Summary
Lead PVH's European multi-brand digital consumer operations with a product-led, data-driven approach across eCommerce and Retail. Own and drive the omnichannel digital product vision, roadmap, CRM operations, and marketing automation to deliver high-performing consumer journeys, robust lifecycle campaigns, and scalable data capabilities. Oversee a multi-disciplinary, global leadership team to accelerate digital transformation, optimize end-to-end omnichannel experiences, and improve commercial performance through defined KPIs and robust measurement frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives at executive level
- Proven track record in digital product strategy and execution for eCommerce and Retail
- Strong expertise in CRM operations, marketing automation, and lifecycle program optimization
- Experience managing complex transformation programs across functions, brands, and regions
- Deep knowledge of omnichannel journeys, product management principles, and UX/UI standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in a global, matrixed environment
- Analytics and data acumen with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
