VP Development & Construction - Critical Facilities

Lead data center development and construction programs from inception through completion, including Core & Shell or through MEP Construction/Integration/Go Live, while managing budgets, schedules, and quality. Oversee bid processes (RFPs), contract negotiations, and interface with contractors, consultants, and vendors; ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting to senior leadership. Drive due diligence, zoning/permits, sustainability initiatives, and process improvements. Bring extensive experience in Critical Facilities Design/Engineering/Construction, GC roles, and a strong network within the mission-critical data center market; familiarity with MEP/Civil/Structural disciplines and AMC/AFCOM/ASHRAE/industry groups is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical capabilities required to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and to mentor a growing team.
