Job Summary
Own the full lifecycle of data intake, ingestion, validation, enrichment, and quality control across all Auction Readiness levels. Establish quality thresholds, audit standards, and performance expectations to ensure accuracy across Salesforce and Auction.com platforms while acting as the senior escalation point for systemic data issues. Lead Managers and frontline team members to ensure proper training, support, and alignment to standardized workflows, defining clear ownership models for intake, validation, reporting, and data stewardship. Design and govern scalable processes that support a high-volume, rapidly changing data landscape, partnering with Technology and Salesforce teams to improve system-to-system data flow and implement AI-enabled solutions. Identify and operationalize trusted internal and external sources for business-critical data, including photos, property DNA, and pricing, while standardizing escalation paths to resolve complex exceptions without disrupting production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- End-to-end leadership and accountability for data intake, data management, data quality, and data sourcing operations
- Ownership of operating model, quality standards, escalation framework, and technology strategy including AI
- Ability to ensure compliance with state statutes, investor guidelines, client requirements, and internal data governance standards
- Ability to establish quality thresholds, audit standards, and performance expectations
- Ability to act as a senior escalation point for systemic data issues, complex exceptions, recurring defects, and platform accuracy risks
- Ability to lead and develop Managers and team members responsible for frontline execution
- Ability to define clear ownership models for intake, validation, reporting, escalation, exception handling, and data stewardship
- Ability to design and govern scalable data intake and data management processes
- Ability to ensure SOPs, documentation, data standards, and training materials remain current
- Ability to identify workflow gaps, handoff risks, data integrity issues, and inefficiencies
- Ability to standardize escalation paths for complex data exceptions
- Ability to partner with Technology and Salesforce teams to improve system-to-system data flow, data intake controls, monitoring, and reporting
- Ability to oversee implementation of AI-enabled and automated solutions
- Ability to evaluate vendor and outsourcing solutions
- Ability to partner closely with Seller-Facing, Technology, Salesforce, and Operations teams
- Ability to identify and develop trusted internal and external sources for business-critical data including photos, property DNA, pricing, and auction day information
- Ability to provide leadership visibility into risks, trends, and performance metrics impacting intake, data management, and data quality
