Job Summary
VP - Cybersecurity leads ZainTECH's Cybersecurity Practice in the MENA region, responsible for overall strategy, GTM, growth, and profitability; shapes the service portfolio across IAM, Infrastructure & Network Security, Endpoint & Workload Security, Application & Data Security, Advisory/GRC, and SOC; drives partnerships, executive-level client relationships, and large-scale turnkey cybersecurity programs (SOC build/transform, SIEM/SOAR, zero trust, cloud security, and OT/IoT); accountable for revenue targets, delivery excellence, and market leadership in regulated sectors; requires deep MENA regulatory knowledge and a strong executive presence with fluency in English (Arabic desirable).
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership in cybersecurity services
- Strong GTM and sales capability
- Full P&L responsibility
- Expertise across SOC, IAM, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Data Protection, GRC
