Job Summary
VP Customer Success leading complex customer projects from pilot to global rollout; oversee cross-functional project teams; mentor sales, operations, and tech stakeholders; build and strengthen long-term customer relationships with enterprise stakeholders from shop floor to C-level; strategically expand and manage the Customer Impact Team; contribute to strategic development of the business model and product; requires a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (industry PhD a strong plus), 5–10 years in consulting/auto/manufacturing/tech, strong AI/software/product understanding, proven cross-functional leadership, German and English fluency, based in Munich or willing to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar (industry PhD a strong plus)
- 5 to 10 years of professional experience in consulting, automotive, manufacturing, or tech
- Good understanding of AI, software, and production processes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate stakeholders
- Business-fluent in German and English
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate
