Job Summary

VP, Customer Life Cycle Management responsible for translating customer insights and lifecycle triggers into actionable engagement opportunities and targeted campaigns. Leads lifecycle initiatives to increase customer engagement, cross-sell, retention, and repurchase across the existing portfolio. Responsibilities include lifecycle execution across onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, retention and reactivation; CRM activation embedding lifecycle triggers and opportunity insights; developing advanced customer segmentation frameworks; designing and delivering lifecycle campaigns and event-triggered journeys; cross-functional collaboration with marketing, distribution, analytics, and customer experience; and enabling distribution and advisors with prioritized opportunities. Requires proven experience in financial services, strong stakeholder management and communication, analytical mindset, and self-motivated, proactive approach to working under tight timelines.
