VP Credit Analyst

Job Summary
Prepare credit reports focusing on information integrity and analytical quality, then conduct joint due diligence vetting and structuring for potential transactions. Develop credit assessments including adjudication opinions, projections, and stress tests for CAC review, while presenting and defending cases in the Credit Approval Committee. Review legal documents regarding credit terms, prepare approval forms with conditions precedent, and monitor GCMS entries. Post-disbursement, coordinate interim and annual reviews with relationship managers, and manage audit, loan review, and regulatory requirements. Support Credit MIS for portfolio analysis and periodic reporting, while assisting with credit policies, procedures, and training.
Required Qualifications
- 4 -7 years of U.S. Commercial credit risk management experiences
- Demonstrated originations capability across multiple product lines
- Experienced in task planning, delegation, progress monitoring and evaluation
- Experienced in problem identification and solving
- Experienced in handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Familiar and experience with MS Office system (especially PPT, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication and writing in a business environment
- Detail oriented with ability to manage time appropriately
- Great team player and self-starter
