Job Summary
Senior leadership role owning creator SLG strategy and end-to-end execution for affiliate creator acquisition at Later. Defines acquisition model, segmentation, and channel mix; sets annual/quarterly GTM plans; designs creator journey from outreach to activation; develops sales-enabled materials and acquisition playbooks; leads full-funnel campaigns across outbound, events, social, partnerships, and paid channels; segments creators with Data Science and Marketing Ops to prioritize high-potential cohorts; partners with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align pipeline, attribution, and reinforcement of monetization messaging; builds and manages a high-performing team; defines measurement framework with leading indicators (applications, pipeline) and lagging indicators (activation, GMV, retention); drives structured experimentation and reports to senior leadership. The role is remote-enabled with potential offices in multiple cities and a salary range of $200k-$275k OTE.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in creator marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles with direct responsibility for acquisition at scale
- Background at a social media platform, creator economy company, or affiliate/influencer marketing business
- Proven track record of building and leading sales-led or sales-assisted growth programs that drove measurable creator or partner acquisition outcomes
- Experience partnering closely with Sales teams, including building GTM playbooks, creating sales enablement materials, and aligning marketing programs to pipeline goals
- Strong data orientation: setting up measurement frameworks, defining success metrics, and using performance data to allocate investment
- Experience managing and growing a team, with a track record of building high-performing functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing mechanics, creator monetization models, or marketplace dynamics is advantageous
- Experience with social platform creator programs (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest)
