Job Summary
Manage the group reporting process for the Area USA and transfer know-how regarding administrative procedures and internal controls. Establish and fulfill required standards of quality, effectiveness, and efficiency in administrative and financial processes while supporting the Area Manager and Regional Controller with analysis and improvement proposals. Implement and develop the controlling system, including Sika's Internal Control System, to assure monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting requirements are adhered to. Prepare and coordinate the budget and forecast process, frequently visiting plants and companies to deepen knowledge of local operations and analyze the economic efficiency and optimization of the cost structure and operating margin.
Required Qualifications
- An accounting degree
- 5+ years experience in a multinational company
- Knowledge of IFRS Standards
- Knowledge and application of fiscal rules
- Areas of Accounting, Tax, Legal and Internal Audit
- Ability to communicate with others analytically
