VP - Compliance TDS (US) Data Infrastructure and Reporting

VP - Compliance TDS Data Infrastructure & Reporting leads the design and implementation of the TD Securities US Core Compliance data infrastructure to support RCM programs, enabling holistic reporting and visualizations of data linkages across programs. Responsibilities include project management over data infrastructure builds, developing dashboards/platforms, evaluating vendor solutions or internal builds, and partnering with program leads (Monitoring & Testing, Risk Assessment, Regulatory Change, Regulatory Relations, Rules & Controls Inventory, Reporting & Metrics) to operationalize data for diverse audiences, while leveraging tools such as Power Apps, Tableau, SQL, and related BI/data engineering capabilities. Requires BA/BS, 6+ years in a related regulatory/compliance data role, strong analytical judgment, and ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
