Job Summary
Manage and operate Business Services/Commercial functions, overseeing a significant portfolio of commercial loans, deposits, and Treasury Management products. Maintain active relationships with businesses and community leaders through business development activities while screening applicants to determine financial needs and creditworthiness. Analyze interview information to develop loan structures and prepare approval memos, managing financial reports through Member communication and compliance. Lead strategic objectives for the Business Services team, recommend new products for department growth, and participate in various committees and community relations projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Related Field
- A minimum of five years up to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
