Job Summary
VP Commercial Loan Officer responsible for developing and managing relationships with agricultural and commercial clients, structuring and originating loans, and supporting the growth of the bank’s lending portfolio. The ideal candidate will have proven ag lending, relationship management, and business development experience within a community banking environment. Role features a hybrid/remote structure with in-office presence 2–3 days per week at the main location in Central Minnesota, with remote work or field client visits the remainder of the week.
