Job Summary
Develop and manage commercial and industrial loan relationships by jointly establishing annual sales objectives, soliciting new business, and structuring loan terms within individual lending authority. Monitor portfolio performance, analyze credit information, and negotiate loan terms while preparing requests for the loan committee. Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like CRA, BSA, and ECOA. Provide leadership and technical guidance to Commercial Lenders as assigned. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business and a minimum of five years in commercial banking. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to 30% of annual wage in quarterly incentives at State Bank, a $1.5B community bank.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in business lending, commercial banking, or related office/management roles
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within the Bank's service area
