Job Summary
Lead the U.S. Consumer Commercial Finance organization and partner with regional leadership to deliver the full P&L targets. Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning, including acquisition due diligence and post-merger integration support. Oversight of customer and business-unit reporting, pricing governance, trade spend management and effectiveness, portfolio optimization, and advertising and promotion investment. Provide finance leadership for the U.S. Consumer business, drive governance for pricing and trade spend, and ensure a robust SOX/compliance framework. Develop and lead a high-performing team through coaching and succession planning, and influence cross-functional partners to improve profitability and cash. Ensure visibility into key drivers, deliver decision-grade insights, and support enterprise priorities across budgeting, forecasting, risk, and opportunity assessments; support cross-regional coordination with Canada and LatAm finance leaders.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 15+ years total Financial experience
- Leadership skills including attracting and developing talent and cross-functional team management
- Knowledge of External business environment including customer and industry trends
- Knowledge of Internal business environment and Integrated Business Planning cycles
- Executive-level communication and ability to influence across a matrixed organization
- Experience coaching and developing talent, performance management, and succession planning
- Ability to integrate financial and non-financial inputs into actionable recommendations
- Strong business judgment and analytical rigor; comfortable with ambiguity and competing priorities
- Working knowledge of foreign currency and hedging concepts
