Job Summary
Lead and own the commercial engine for Asia across 60+ hotels and a multi-brand portfolio, driving revenue growth, market share, and profitability. Responsibilities include aligning with Operations and General Managers to improve hotel-level performance (RevPAR, GOP, flow-through), developing regional heads of Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and E-commerce, ensuring strong support from Global Sales, and shaping the commercial strategy across Asia. Focus areas include building structure and capabilities, managing multi-brand complexity, accelerating direct demand and loyalty, contributing to new openings and pipeline, and leveraging data, systems, and partnerships to Drive performance across key markets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Distribution, and E-commerce for a multi-brand hospitality portfolio
- Track record of driving measurable commercial performance across complex, multi-market environments
- Strong collaboration with hotel operations, GMs, and ownership groups to improve RevPAR, GOP, and flow-through
- Ability to translate systems and data into tangible property-level improvements
- Experience with strategic partnerships and B2B/B2C initiatives in hospitality
- Leadership capability to build teams, raise standards, and drive accountability
- Exposure to Asia markets and understanding of regional nuances
- Comfort navigating stakeholder environments including owners, operators, and regional leadership
- Ability to balance strategy with execution in a high-growth, evolving platform
