Job Summary
VP, COE Revenue Growth Management based in Bangkok, Thailand, leads development and deployment of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy across the Asia region. Drives adoption of RGM as a core capability to optimize pricing, promotions, assortment, and trade investment; partners with Business Units and regional stakeholders; builds scalable frameworks, embeds data-driven decision-making, and aligns RGM with regional plans. Responsibilities include defining long-term RGM ambition, developing strategic roadmaps, building repeatable models, embedding RGM KPIs into P&L, cascading playbooks across markets, enabling cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain; strengthening capability through training and projects; advancing analytics like elasticity, promo ROI, and assortment optimization; establishing governance, tools, dashboards, data governance, and performance routines; and offering visibility with senior leadership while shaping a high-impact, region-wide growth capability.
