Job Summary
Lead and supervise Cash Management Services (CMS) operations, oversee daily review of eWires, ACH, merchant capture activities and ensure fraud monitoring; approve/deny cash management applications and review Online Account Opening documents; perform quality control of Account Analysis and ensure timely uploads and statements; participate in testing new products and services and provide feedback on performance and user experience; manage timely regulatory reporting; conduct risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses; expand and retain business clients by identifying needs and providing solutions; coach and onboard CMS team members; assist in developing and executing the bank’s digital strategy and roadmap; partner with Relationship Managers to position CMS offerings to generate new leads and cross-sell to existing clients; ensure superior client service through proactive communication and follow-through; maintain operations security and implement system changes; stay current with compliance requirements and train branch staff; resolve operational and system inquiries across branches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum ten years of experience in banking required
- General knowledge of operations regulations, banking laws, and accounting practices
